USPS

By far the worst post office. Had a package that was supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday. But showed up on Friday but I wasn't home. Checked the status of my item and it said ''note was left'' No note was left or someone took it down. Went to their website and requested a pickup and got a confirmation number. When I arrive I am rudely greeted and the women claims the confirmation is bogus yet its usps that gave it to me. Now I have to wait until they put it back in the post office and reject it because it has spoiled and have the company remake my order and deal with usps all over again. I have been using the same company for years and if I wasn't home they left it at my door. Now all of a sudden they screw up the delivery date and don't leave it on my door step. For now on Im just going to use Fed Ex.

Bad staff. Once they missed-deliver my package. And when I spoke with one of the staff I think he was the manager, he seemed careless and did not help me!!

my experience at this post office was the worst and i was hoping that i would never have to go back there. who left these people by their self. it don't take a rocket scientist to go and pick up boxes and get stamps. please they need someone in there with some common sense, gee

This place is the worst!!!! Not only is it the worst, it has the worst customer service! The workers DO NOT speak a single word of english and they all have bad attitudes, like they are not willing to help you AT ALL! You expect them to help you out with a lost package but no they just tell you how it is not their problem! I've had my package lost and went into this post office for help and all they told me that it was not their problem!!
