The place is not that busy when I came. It's clean and the staff are very courteous. There's a one and a half hour wait after your scheduled interview. then you get to wait some more.

Pretty Organize But I would recommend to increase more staffs. People who plans to drive there,keep in mind they don't have any specific Parking Space. So You gotta park in street

This place needs more organization. Peoe working in these offices do not even know what they are doing. They are knew how to respond my question and they do not say where you should go you always have to ask them for everything. The man setting in front of the elevator on the 15th floor did not even say we had to give them our IDs. So disappointed of this "federal" office.
