USA Fast Tax

Called to make appointment regarding tax return of a small business. Was told a specific person would call me back. Nothing happened. Called again a week later. Was told again this person would call me back. Called the same evening, was told the same thing again. Then, an hour later that person did actually call back. They made an appointment at my location for the next day. Great, I thought. However, they never showed, and nobody called. Decided that I wouldn't call them again either.
