This place is ridiculous never again will I go there. I saw a vehicle they had online (G37x 2007) and I fell in love with the car. I sent in an inquiry and they called me and assured me that the vehicle price was $3,999. When I got there with my mechanic he checked out the car and confirmed it was in good condition to buy and then they told me the price of the car was $12,500 and that $3,999 was a down payment. I asked over the phone about 5 times if the 3,999 was a down payment and I was told that it was the actual price of the car. I drove an hour and a half to go see the car for nothing. I fell in love with the car and I was totally ready to buy it. All they give customers is false advertisement I don't advise people to go here these guys are liars and blame it on a call center.

The cars for sale that I looked at are of reasonably good quality. However, the business practices of this company are fraudulent and deceptive. Specifically, I called to see if a car that was advertized for $4,999 was available. I was told that it was. I asked a further question related to the fine print which was are there any other fees associated with the sale of this car such as dealer fees, other fees. I was told by Jose that there were no other fees, just registration and taxes would need to be paid in addition to the amount in the ad. When I arrived after driving 130 miles, I was told that the price was not $4,999, but $12,500 as the fine print indicated there could be other fees. I told the sales person that I called for the other fees. He simply said that the person at USA 1 Auto Sales who told me this was wrong and that it was not me, as customers have had similar issues. Apparently there is a call center that is disconnected to the actual car sales location and they take no responsibility for bad information provided from this call center. This business is simply a deceptive company. I highly recommend you not consider doing business with them.

I am writing this review to make sure other people will not run into the same problems as we did. This is regarding our purchase of a 2003 Kia Sorento on December 19th 2015. We purchased the car on a Saturday and were told that it could be fixed during the day, which was fine with us. We new it would take some time to fix however we did not know it would take 8 hours. On top of that we were told to come back on the following Monday since they did not finish all the repairs. Things such as alignment of the wheels, leaking of oil and engine lights.
My wife came back the following Monday and spent another ten hours waiting for our car where after she was told that the car would not be ready that day. This is not ok and someone should already Saturday have told us this would happen. She arranged for them to keep the car until December 24th to make sure they had enough time to get the car fixed.
December 23rd I called up the dealership to make sure they would have the car ready since we had plans during the day and evening of the 24th. They confirmed the car would be ready at twelve o’clock the 24th.
We arrived December 24th at around 12 o’clock and the car was still not ready. After waiting another hour the car is finally there and we take it for a test ride. The car seems fine, however it was not cleaned as they told us it would be and when we get ready to leave, the engine lights come back on and now the airbag light is also on. Another thing with the engine is that it is now also over heated. One of the salespersons takes us and the car to the mechanics and we spend another 3 hours waiting for the car to get fixed. The mechanic changes the thermostat and reset the engine light. He also changed some wiring to the battery which was also not fixed.
After waiting another 3 hours on Christmas eve we were so much behind on our plans that we had to leave back home right away, however the airbag light was still on. The mechanic explained that it just needed a reset however he did not have the computer to fix it.
The following week I decided to take the car to a mechanic close by my work since we had already been back and forth 3 times to Brooklyn. I told the mechanic if he could reset the airbag light, however the problem was not that simple. I had also discovered that the car was leaking power steering fluid and ask the mechanic to look what that was about as well. After looking into these things he explained that he tried to reset the airbag light but it would come back on again. To fix this problem he would need to replace the wiring and a sensor among other things costing about $ 500 or more. He also explained that the pressure line and return line needed to be replaced in order to fix the power steering fluid from leaking.
The same day I was notified about this I tried to call up 1USA AUTO SALES more than 15 times being put on hold each time. I even tried to contact a salesperson directly as he had given me his cell number for me to call if any problems. Since I could get no contact from you and ask how to proceed I went back to the mechanics and asked him to fix the problems. Since the car was only $ 5075 I did not wish to spend that much on fixing the airbags, meaning I am now driving a car where the airbags are not working.
We recommend going somewhere else. The people are very nice, however once they have sold you a car there is no coming back for help. I tried to send the same thing as i have just mentioned to the auto dealer with no response. I see no other option to let someone else know of our story.

Called about a car for sale and was told it's in excellent shape and that the mileage listed is in fact the mileage on the car. Went online and understood why the car seemed to be such a deal. Given these negative reviews, I decided to as for photographic proof of the odometer to verify mileage. I also requested an email stating that the price shown online (and repeated often when I was on the phone) wasn't going to change based upon financing or paying cash. "Yup, that's the price" was the response.
What do you think, will I ever get that email? Still waiting

i made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. All i can say is i completely regret doing so. This dealership is full of fakes and frauds just trying to get over on you. Please don't make the same mistake i did. MO/CHUCKY HORRIBLE finance/salesperson. Everything that was promised to me never happened at all. Not to mention all the running around he made me do to get my situation resolved, nothing was DONE! The car was not even prepared when i picked it up like i was told it was going to be. None of the parts in the car was changed, why lie about it? A business like this doesn't last very long. Keep pretending to be a upstanding dealership.
