Omg, the line to get into the building, then you have yo strip then get dressed, then get on another line to get a number omg. It takes forever for them to see you, and when they do they dont even know what they're doing.

Terrible! Have had to go 3 times in one week because these people don't do their job right. Hire me i would do better! Terrible all around experience

The Social Security department needs to get thier act together. Edit the website to reflect the proper documentation need to get replacement SSC. A big waste of time.

They are ghetto and are no help and because I stood up for myself I was banned from any ssi building in the USA. THANK GOD FOR THAT. THAT WAS THE BEST THING THAT COULD HAVE EVER HAPPENED TO ME. THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THEIR ARE RUDE AND ABUSE THEIR POWER. I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE DISAPPOINTED. YOU ALL SUCK AND EVERYONE IN TOWN KNOWS IT. NOW THEY MIGHT TRY TO LOCK ME UP AGAIN FOR SPEAKING MY MIND BUT I HAVE RIGHTS SO WHO CARES. Been waiting for a back payment that was supposed to be in my account every 6 months and it is yet to be put in. How am I supposed to get his needs if they aren't releasing his money when its the time period that they created. Piss to the max. I hate that place. The supervisor is even worse than the employees. They are kind of the face of paterson. Welfare has a better reputation then this place. Sad to say. You people are a joke. You embarrass this town. What do you have a job for if your entire office sucks at it. Shut this building down the automatic system is better than the people who work here. Don't waste anymore of your money on these people.

I have been trying to get information online for a few days now. The line is always busy even though the wait is interrupted repeatedly by a recording informing me they acknowledge I am on hold. The phone number for all offices are the same, no matter where in NJ I am searching. Why doesn't these offices have a direct line and receptionist? The only choice seems to be a in-person visit, since the website does not address all concerns. What a sad waste of time.
