The workers are rude and disrespectful the security from United security are rude and disrespectful also . The security guards talks to people like they are nothing . Feels more like a prison than a government building

This place is miserable. Ive only been once, and my experience was dreadful. Im giving it 3 stars because of the short amount of time my issues were solved. I was honestly there 15 minutes total, but the atmosphere was horrid and the people who needed help were worse.

Obama phone company has a card table set up on sidewalk in front of door with 4 or 5 employees patrolling the block. You have to pass a gauntlet of these phone peddlers to get inside. Very upsetting that the office or the Freeport PD are not addressing this unsetteling, distasteful condition.

Difficulties with them handling my case. Always an error with the computer system I feel like they are robbing me of my benefits
