US Post Office

I gave one star because there is not a NO star. They don't answer their phone. On more than one occasion they have a certified mail and instead of ringing the bell they leave a slip. Since the regular mail woman has been out, we have not been getting our mail, not to mention that we have gotten mail after 6pm. This is unacceptable service.

If there is a F score I would like to give this usps an F-, just had a very negative experience with it. To be detailed, I need to ship some paper documents which is really urgent internationally to my home country from NY, the staff said that if I purchased the highest amount shipping method called USPS Global Express Guarantee-around 90 dollars for just five page actually-ok since it is told will reach to the destination in three to four business days, so I was glad to pay for that stupid money. Five days after my shipping date, I was shocked by receiving RETURN TO SENDER of my whole original package. The time is totally wasted so I have to postpone important schedule which is way more pricy than what I could afford so far. The reason usps return to sender was saying my documents are personal letters which not legible for delivery-screw usps, why shouldn't u tell people before collecting their money? For the staff, please you could get some other job other than usps. Big mad face + won't be there again!

Douglas was great! He found a letter that had been sent to their post office instead of mine and quickly and efficiently made a bad situation to a terrific situation! KUDOS!!!
