US Post Office

Can i give them a lower rating of 0 stars.
1 star is giving them too much credit.
I never get my packages. Always lost. On the truck. Or they just don't know.
Very rude people.
Lived here I've 12 years never a smooth delivery.
They sometime don't even ring the bell.
That or the ding dong ditch. They ring and run away almost as if it were a game.

Unprofessional, unwilling to help, rude, nasty.. there aren't enough words to describe how disgusting they all are. I can't believe that this is the US post office. Freaking crazy.

Without question the worst post office in this country. Rude, unprofessional and rarely helpful. Painfully waiting for my package to be redelivered....

I'm a big fan of the postal service, but unfortunately have to agree with my fellow raters in noting how bad this postal service location is (not to mention how bad postal delivery is in Union City in general). Don't bother holding mail at this facility while you go away on a trip. They'll deliver the mail anyways. Don't ever try going to this location on the weekend, or first thing in the morning, or near the end of their day. The post office will always be packed. Don't have any expectations of good customer service. Its a shame that the postal service can't be more customer friendly and that there are no avenues for recourse.

Sorry to say the only thing I'm glad about not living in Union City is goin to this post office. It's hit and miss, and most times its a miss. Only reason I'm giving it a two star rating is because of the new Post Master very helpful and does return phone calls. Living on 37th for six yrs my excellent postalman Luis always made sure I got my packages, when I moved to 45th st was a different story. Beware of ur dealings here.
