I'm calling out the city Mayor of this town. Please read all this comments about this USPS. They are telling the truth about them not doing a good service. A big office but only one is working in the front desk. It takes 20 minutes to help another person. Zero poor customer service. Please do some action.

Why do these people always lose packages, and when asked for the lost packages, become all rude and unhelpful? They are experts at notifying people to call back tomorrow because "they don't know," after making us hold on the phone for 10 minutes. Ridiculous

Is there 0 star button?. Wow this place sucks.. the workers suck at handling anything or even understanding anything customers say..from the manager to the owner that has crazy hair. Please do not go to this one if you can. I believe they have same owner as the palisades park one. Gosh... learn how to speak english

Line going out the door and only 1 clerk. Letter carrier Constantly puts my neighbor's mail in my mailbox. Need to step it up.
