US Post Office

I was looking out all day for my first class delivery.No one rang my doorbell and neither did I receive a notice.No one ever picked up the phone at the post office either.When I tracked my package it showed that a notice was left at my door which is a big lie.I wish there was an option to give zero star.

I wish half a star was an option. I have been to many post offices before but this must take the cake as the worst I have been to. There is no sort of organization when it comes to the line. There is even a separate line for package pickup that is not used until one of the attendants decides to open it. The people there, especially the smaller Asian women, have the worst attitudes for absolutely no reason. None are helpful in any way, shape or form.

I have had several packages delivered to the wrong apartment or even the wrong address. I have brought it to their attention and they tell me that once the package is delivered, there is noting they can do, regardless if the postman gave it to the wrong person. I have actually had the postman admit to me in person that he messed up but he laughed and said I was SOL.

I have made a complaint against the postman and the office, after this last incident where they gave a $150 package to an "individual" in my building. I have spent hours on the phone trying to remedy the problem and have given up hope of getting it back. All I really want is someone to be held responsible instead of their "solution," which is telling me they can not do anything.

Lost story short, avoid this place at all costs, especially if you want to avoid anger and frustration.
