US Post Office

I have tried a numerous amount of times to get in contact with this post office and have I gotten through? No. I had a tracking number on a package I was receiving in the mail and supposedly I had a notice left at my door. Well, I don't see it. Rewind my cameras and I see nothing. Called , visited , and called again and nothing! Horrible.

Horrible usps some asian lady that works there will not listen to me and you need to wait for like a hour

The manager and the workers are rookies and not professionals. I have been there for 4 times and they sent me back nothing in my hands:

First time, they couldn't find my package, took a photocopy of the notice paper and said they were gonna call me. But they didn't.

Second time, they said they didn't call me because my address is not valid! What?!@%.. Manager explained the situation and told that they sent the package back to the sender. ( I checked my address from their online system, thankfully my address still exists! Huh..)

Third time, I had final notice for the same package and went there again. They said they have my package, but I have to bring some bill or letter to prove my address.

Fourth time, I went there with my PS&G bill, and guess what? They said they don't have my package, another post office has.

It takes more than 1 month to say that they don't have my package.

Very long waits, they only have 1 worker all the time.. Also, the office itself is very old and always very dirty. There is a Chinese or Korean lady not exactly sure what her nationality is but she is very rude and will not even listen to your question...

Rude worker. Was refused service and was told to scan the packages myself or go downtown. If you are gonna go here make sure you don't have more than 3 packages or else you will be working for usps part time.
