What's the point of having a phone there if nobody ever picks up? I get a note from them asking for me to call them because of some package but when I do nobody answers.

horrible place these mail carriers are the worst they dont double check there mail and i have lost 5 packages so far !!!!!!!!!!! i hate usps newark nj period they suck at their jobs since i have moved from fl i have lost so many packages because of them!

This USPS doesnt even deserve a star at all. The lady was rude that answered the phone and put me on hold as I am still on hold for over 10 minutes now. Not sure where she went to but I find this to be very rude customer service. I am trying to track a package that was not delivered and told her it said re-schedule and she was like who rescheduled it....your USPS who the hell else would and not sure why. Now I have to put up with this from such a place

Trying to get anything done through this location is more or less like an attempt to eat a bowl of soup with a fork useless and a waste of time.
By far the absolute worst branch I have ever patronized. On the whole, this location, like Rick James, is in serious need of some help. Unfortunately, like most Bureaucratic organizations it will probably never happen remaining just another piece of failed infrastructure.

THIS IS THE MOST DISGUSTING, UNPROFESSIONAL POST OFFICE I'VE EVER BEEN IN. ONE OF MY PACKAGES WAS STOLEN WHILE IN POSSESSION OF 423 BROADWAY POST OFFICE. THEY CONSISTENTLY MISPLACE MY ITEMS. THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. THEY DON'T LEAVE SLIP IN MAILBOX TO GO TO OFFICE FOR ITEMS. THEY'VE LIED ABOUT ATTEMPTING TO DELIVER ITEMS WHEN THEY HAVEN'T ATTEMPTED. THE NEWARK POST OFFICE AT 423 BROADWAY NEWARK, NJ IS AN EXTREMELY POOR REPRESENTATION OF WHAT THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT.
