US Post Office

The STUPIDEST LAZIEST GHETTOES OF THE WORLD. They really don't deserve one star. I don't even write reviews but 2 hours wasted there trying to get a simple p.o box is the craziest experience I've ever had. Lord forgive me but I was ready to punch every single one of their old asses in their face. Don't waste you time. One of the reasons why I don't bother with Newark. ITS SO GHETTO!!

I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. THIS PLACE SUCKS! I HAVE A SMALL BUSINESS AND IN THE USPS WEBSITE THERE'S A OPTION FOR YOU TO REQUEST A PICK UP. I HAVE DONE TONS OF REQUEST AND NOTHING, MY MAIL IS ALWAYS LATE AND IF I DONT TAKE MY PACKAGES TO THE POSTAL OFFICE THEY DONT COME AND DO THE SERVICE THEY OFFER. I WONDER IF ITS ONLY IN NEWARK THAT YOU CALL TO COMPLAIN AND GOES TO THE VOICEMAIL AND THEY ONLY RETURN YOUR CALL 3 DAYS LATER SAYING THAT THEY ARE GOING TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND SPEAK TO THE SUPERVISOR, YET NOTHING CHANGES! VERY FRUSTRATING !!!!!!! :(

this post office is horrendous. i literally tried calling over 100 times no one answers the phone. We went there and they told us my package wasn't there. They have had me go back and forth and all over the place and still no package. This is by far the WORST place i have ever dealt with in my entire life. Its not that hard to do a simple job these people must be brain dead. Don't EVER EVER EVER EVER use this post office. Your stuff will be lost.

From outside it looks good, but from inside it felt like a post office from a third world country. Employees are slow at work, and they are unable to track packages that missed delivery. How awful is USPS that the driver doesn't leave package on the porch, even when he is authorized to do so. Then on website they mention that they have stuck a slip, that says where I can pick it from, but I never found one on my door. And when I plan to hold the parcel so I can collect it myself and go to this filthy post office, they say my package can't be found. Luckily that day my package got redelivered, and I realized that the online requests are useless, so are the people working here.

They are the worst! I've had 4 lost packages already and haven't even been here a year! I have a case number opened with usps. They are thieves! they don't deserve any stars!
