WORDS CANNOT BEGIN TO DESCRIBE HOW HORRIBLE THEY ARE!!! Not only have they lost several of my packages and important letters that was sent via certified mail, my mail and packages are constantly being returned to senders and forwarded for no reason. Called them to address this issue, employee couldnt help, supervisor put me on hold for over 45 mins (I had to hang up because she was wasting my time). So after over an hour on the phone, this issue was not even resolved and BARELY addressed. This has been an ongoing issue for over a year now. THIS PLACE IS FILLED WITH INCOMPETENT PEOPLE. YOU HAVE ONE JOB, LEARN TO DO IT RIGHT!

My package arrived in NYC on Mon. Supposedly USPS attempted to deliver my package and left a notice but they never did. I was home at the supposed time and they never buzzed my apartment or left a slip. Through the USPS website, I requested to pick up the package at the 42 st location. So on Thurs morning I show up and give my tracking number. The EXTREMELY rude/nasty employee told me I requested redelivery which I absolutely did not. I even have a confirmation # saying you have been confirmed for in store pickup. The hours are ridiculous for anyone with a day job to get their package. Now my package has been in NYC for 4 full days just sitting in limbo who knows where. There seems to be no way to escalate this issue. I strongly suggest using a different office if you can.

Literally the worst customer service ever. I got blamed for confusing the delivery person by selecting "customer pick up" on a redelivery notice, WHICH IS A VALID OPTION IN THE SELECTION MENU. And then when I tried to find out how to get my package, they transferred me to a line that was disconnected.
Completely disrespectful. I am livid.
