US Post Office

Worst post office ever. would rate it a no star if I could literally. One hour on the line.... All they have to do is get a package and hand it to us, but for some reason that's a tough thing to do.

Horrible. If you are here to get a package, expect 1h of wait time minimum, very rude behavior, bored lazy employees who literally need 5-10 minutes to retrieve each package from the back room. The line is usually 10+ people. Its been one hour that I am in line and I'm 70% through looking at the line. On top of that, they don't actually come to deliver the packages - sometimes they fake it.
Clearly no one cares about it, the manager of this establishment doesn't care about constant 1-star Google reviews.

Worst post office ever!!! You basically spend your whole afternoon in a line to never get you package. Have to pick up two packages that according to them they attempt delivery. Also they tell you to contact the 800 number to set a redelivery and can't get in touch with a human... I don't get how these idiots get hired, with headphones in their ears while "supposedly" giving customer service. Why give me a pink slip if my package won't be available for pick? The DMV AND POST OFFICE are the worst places to ever be in... Y'all need to fired everyone and rehire new staff! You guys SUCK

If you want severe frustration and anger which may result in migraines or other somatic complaints this is the place to go. Free of charge, the post office staff especially the manager will provide you with arrogance, miserable facial expressions and the ultimate level of incompetence when it comes to postal services.
Stay far away if you know what's good for you and find another location.

This is the worst post office I have ever been to in my life! I moved back to NY after 15 years in MA. The Post Office in MA is open airy and friendly. This one has bullet proof windows, long lines and people yelling at the attendants. It's like an episode if Menacecto Society with Bullet proof class every where, no pens, and few materials out on display. The Attendants appear disheartened and melancholy. No packages are sent to people's houses just pink slips , thus long lines of people picking up their on package with one man at the window. During my past visit a customer was yelling and cursing at the staff. I never bring my children in there. At holiday times the line curbs 2 times and leads out of the door. I thought this was the norm until I went down town to Penn station post office and the one World Trade Center post office. Plenty of help and no bullet proof glass? Go figure..? If you have the time go down town. You will be treated like a human.
