US Post Office

This place is legit run by idiots. They've lost multiple packages of mine - they were just randomly delivered to random locations and never found. I have a weekly issue with my mailman himself who just either doesn't pick up our outgoing mail (he just shoves the incoming mail on top of it) gives us the wrong mail daily, doesn't deliver our mail and then by the end of the week we have so much mail it doesn't fit in our box. I literally call them weekly to ask what is going on. One time when I spoke to some man who worked there I used the line "you people don't know how to run a business" and he responded with "YOU PEOPLE!? YOU PEOPLE!" yes "you people" all of the people working at new rochelle post is you people. it was hilarious. but i hate them they just suck, and like the rest of the reviews everyone there must hate their job/life because they are so rude its almost unbelievable. go to larchmont post office for deliveries, much smaller, much nicer, no idiots.

Can you give 0 stars. OMG been dealing with weekly as i must for my business but every phone call is just a hang up or some rude BS. My store is never closed from 11-5:30 every saturday and had a delivery out for that day 6 years ago well it never showed called monday said was wanting to find a late package well the phone just put on hold "no hold please etc" just RUDE. when tracked said package left at door 1:45 pm. as no one home.ITS A STORE, LIGHTS ALWAYS ON also had a kids birthday party at 12 to 3 same day 10 kids(but i was closed ?) but i must say the shipper for some dumb reason stated what was in box THE HOT FOOTBALL ROOKIE RAY RICE new rochelles own. 60 cards total. gee maybe we need someone to investigate, was $125.00 lost but they said it was left (also he left note on door) still looking for it. REALLY. ANYWAY i can keep going for all my bad times at lobby and on phone with only 1 person that seems to care this is the worst post office and ive talked to over 20 people say pelham or north new rochelle.call them if you want a rude hang up.

The lines are so slow because usually they have one person working. I legit waited 45+ minutes.

Meet need CC Martin back, I'm tired of the rude people that work here when the post office is open they just sit in the back and act like they can't hear you and when they do decide to help you they are extremely rude. I had a tracking number that placed my package there 3 day before I actually got it because that lost it in the back

Terribly rude people! talking to others while i am waiting and ignoring me like I am not even there. They have the attitude that they are doing me a favor by talking to me or doing anything. No wonder why i ship everything UPS and not through them. The supervisors are not even there and say they can't do anything anyway.
