If only Google allowed for a negative star rating. This post office is walking distance for me, but I end up driving to the Yonkers location. Staff is uneducated, rude, miserable, unintelligent, sad bunch of degenerates. I have given this place multiple chances and it's always the same horrible service. Do not dare ask a question as they will make a face then repeat themselves primitively as if the question is being answered. Massive lines that do not move (who wants to spend over a half hour at a post office??); not that staff cares to make any sort of effort on making a faster, friendlier and efficient service experience a priority (oh heaven forbid they actually do their job! -sarcasm). In the past, I have literally only come here because my management company doesn't have a better payment system (i.e. No online pay service). Otherwise, I would not have ever spent a single minute of my precious time in this god awful establishment. New staff needs to be hired and TRAINED on the very basic concepts of what customer service is. Good luck to those who need to continue to come to this USPS location.
