Another victim of the infamous Kearny sort facility! How do you guys even stay open??? This is ridiculous!people pay for express shipping and you morons are all doing what??? It damned sure isn't your jobs! I have an insured 2000$ time sensitive package just sitting (in jersey of all places). Smh!

This is a facility full of incompetence. My 2-day priority package was supposed to arrive yesterday and did not. Then, it was supposed to arrive today for sure, and it is now DELAYED. These are important business documents. This is the reason why other companies are beating the crap out of USPS. Shut this place down, or fire the office supervisor and staff!!!

I have a package that has been sitting in Kearny since January 20th. Its now February 11th. This is ridiculous and absurd! How many complaints has to be posted before improvements are applied to this post office? People spend there money to have items delivered within a certain time frame, or maybe they would not have order at all, knowing that it would take this long! To make matters worst, no one answers the phone there for inquiries. Just HORRIBLE!

Is there any way that I can file a complaint or see where my package is i'vee been tracking my package since the 22nd of January it's now Feb 1 since the 24 is been sent to diffrent locations from the kerney NJ branch the package is priority 2 day mail this post office is doing a horrible job in distributing the packages. I'm very disappointed I've never had this issue before.

Okay, I decided to look this place up once I saw that a package I sent is STILL sitting there after it should have been delivered awhile ago. What in the world ??? This is craziness. Will not be shipping anything to NJ for the rest of my life. Promise. This place either needs to be shut down or looked into. This is unacceptable.
