Worst post office ever!!!! rude clerks, long lines, wait time is over an hour

This is the worst dam place that ive ever been in my life, workers sucks hard, horrible service, unorganized as hell, you waste all your time cuz you go 5 days straight looking for a missing package and they always come back with a different bullshit, this bullshit should be closed and open a new one with new employees, not to mention the long time lines, everything you want to do can cost you 40-60 minutes

Avoid this place at all cost! Lines are ALWAYS have at least ten people waiting. It literally takes at least 30mins to do anything involving a Teller. There are NEVER anymore than two Tellers working per shift. One Teller is usually taking his/her time assisting with a Passport transaction (that takes at least 20mins)and I thought 145th and Broadway in Harlem was bad....this location is def the worst EVER !!!

This is by far the worse post office of all time! Like everyone else, the website says my package was delivered, but my package was not in my mailbox! If the package couldn't fit, they are suppose to leave a slip so you can pick the package up. I did not have my package, or a slip in my mailbox but it states it was delivered. I went here this morning at 8:15 and the line was very long. Come to find out there were 3 other people on line with the same issue. The manager did not want to come speak with the lady making a complaint which is very unprofessional. I left and called and was placed on hold for 30 minutes! I know they did that with the intent I would hang up so they wont have to look into it, in which I did since I am at work. I never had a problem with a post office until I moved in the area. I would rather have my mail sorted at another facility farther away then to deal with this post office! WORSE P.O. OF ALL TIME!!!

They dont even deserve one star. They are completely horrible and the worse postal service station ever. Extremely poor customer service and not helpful at all. They dont even knpw what they doing. Its suck!!! They should close that station or change the management because not even the supervisors and managers are doing their job.
