Customer service SUCKED. I realise I arrived ten minutes before closing time but my transaction was done at 6:01 and would have been done quicker if the staff member dealing with me gave me help instead of a big fat pile of attitude, if the lights hasn't been turned out while I was at the counter and prior to "closing time" and if the piece of paper with the address on it hadn't been taken from me when I still needed to write it on the envelope, and more time wasted giving me attitude when I asked for it back!!! Someone came in behind me as well and did not receive the disgusting treatment I received. I was very nicely told that they would not serve me if I come in "late" again.
