Passport service is by appointment only and the hours are short. But if you follow the rules then everything works fine.

I work from home and currently sponsor a sick child abroad. My letters are extremely important 'cause it could affect another person's life if not my business.
This branch has been delivering my mail incorrectly to my neighbor for more than a year now because we have the same last name.
I called numerous times complaining about the situation and all I get from the supervisor is "i'll look into this and let you know if I hear anything". Guess what that was the end of the it.
Maybe they just don't care and maybe the mailman or lady just can't read.
Not sure what's going on.......
