US Post Office

This is the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. I live in low rise apartments so the postman says "its hard to find parking and your package was heavy, so I leave a slip and its easier for you to get it from the post office." THAT WAS ON XMAS EVE. I have called and complained about undelivered packages, unleft slips, false updates to tracking numbers. yesterday, they never delivered my package or left a slip, so I called because I was tracking it online. The manager at the office yesterday laughed and said "well it was raining and they've had long days, so you know how it is" and proceeds to tell me to pick it up. Not even an apology. I pay for fast shipping and never get decent service. The staff is a joke and lazy is too kind of a word for them.

Man....the older ladies that work there have two speeds: slow and reverse! The man on the left end does all the work and should be acknowledge some how!

The moment you talk to the staff in this location you understand you are dealing with people-professionals--probably the nicest and most helpful people on the usps, but the entire delivery system on this area is not only confusing, but problematic. However, if you call them up (particularly one with the name of Heidi) you will get a good response.
NOTE: Do not call the 6262 number. That is an insurance company. Call instead the 2201.
