If i could give negative stars I would. Absolutely the worst experience ever shipping a package. I needed my package delivered in a week. it wasn't even picked up until 4 days after I dropped the package off. Then my tracking number said delivered even though the person on the receivingi end had not gotten it. I called the customer service number, and they make you enter a 26 digit long tracking number by reading it aloud through the phone before you can request a human to talk to. The system then told me delivery information was not available, and customer service could not be contacted because the delivery system is "up to date". I then tried calling the Fairlawn location just to be told they don't have access to the tracking info and I have to call online. I ended up emailing their support and they got back to me, a full week after the package was supposed to be delivered. They can not go out of business quickly enough.
