US Post Office

They are constantly misdelivering and/or marking items as delivered when they have not been delivered. I order a lot of items on ebay and it is extremely important not to mark a package as delivered if it has not been delivered yet. Sometimes I get it the next day or a few days later. Instead of delivering packages wherever the driver feels like he should actually look at what he is delivering to our multi-unit complex. I specifically have our unit on the packages and sometimes I get them sometimes I don't and then I'm the one out of luck.

Horrible every time. Rude and unhelpful. I called for help a couple of days ago and was told "I can't help you right now, I have a line out the door."

Their all so nice, and very helpful. They are better than the Jersey City one on Westside Avenue.

Wow, seems like I'm not the only one who thinks this place sucks.

My God, these people are extremely rude. I call in the morning to make an inquiry about my package. Before I could get a few words out the lady says "hold on, one minute", put me on hold forever and never returned. I suspect she just didn't feel like doing her job.

I call back a few minutes later, and some rude dude picks up. He had poor manners and sounded very impatient.

Look, I understand this probably is not the most exciting job, I get that, but once you commit to a position, be fair to your customers and give them good customer service. "Good morning," "how may I help you?" and "thank you's" are a GREAT start!

Service is poor. Carlstadt post office had burned down and mail is being redirected here and if one person is out, mail is not sorted. There are days that the company I work for barely gets any mail and it seems a lot of it gets "lost". I hope Carlstadt will have it own post office soon. Currently taking business mail to main post office in Rutherford.
