I hate this post office! They don't deliver packages! They don't ring the bell! They don't leave slips! I'm highly annoyed! I have None of these Problems with UPS

While on the phone with one of the reps I was told to hold before I could finish a sentence. If I didn't have to come here I wouldn't. I normally feel bad for people that are about to lose their jobs but not for this usps they are literally the most incompetent people around.

WORST POST OFFICE EVER THEY ALL NEED TRAINING ALL OVER AGAIN THEY SAY THEY DELIVERED YOUR PACKAGE AND THEY DONT THEY DONT LEAVE A SLIP AND WHEN U GO TO THE POST OFFICE THEY ARE RUDE EVEN WHEN U CALL ON THE PHONE

This is by far the worst post office I've been too. Customer Service really sucks here. The clerks talk to you smart they don't care what they say or how they say it. They are very inconsiderate with time. The pick up window is the worst part. Very rude very very rude clerks. The other side moves pretty fast but the clerks are rude. Very unprofessional lack of work ethics. Only because I'm a resident of East Orange I deal but if I had a choice I would do my dealings else where.

I call to ask for some informations about my packages tha suposed to be delivered 2 days ago this rude lady did not even want to listen to me,and she told me to go back and call 1800 nuber to find where is my package .you guy sitting there manipulating the system and lied that an attempt was made on Saturday.I have never seen a notice for attempt..and that's the second time that it hapen to me.usps is the worst company ever seen for customers service. Can't you guys really find someone who really want to do the job right? I hate to deal with usps!
