They have some side people working the counters. The place in general is overpacked. The parking lot is small. HORRIBLE!!!

Horrendous customer service. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes for tracking info, the representative that picked up was rude and unhelpful. Initially a delivery attempt was made when no one was home. Tracking showed that a notice was left, but that was not the case. I rescheduled the delivery for when someone would be home and the item never arrived. The tracking info had not changed from the initial attempt. Not the first time I've had an issue with this office. Thumbs down

1. They lose everything (5 shipments in one year, some transferred from UPS and they just can't trace it)
2. They don't answer the phone (answer, says please hold, then doesn't pick it back up - I lasted about 25 minutes before calling back and getting the same response)
3. Poor signage (waited on line for 2 hours to pickup a package, and it was the wrong line, had to start over)
4. Terrible Customer Service (they don't listen to anyone and don't care about the customer.
Overall, the place sucks. Completely sucks every time.
