US Post Office

Joan is atrocious how is she supervisor!!!!! This is the most unbelievable staff ever its as though they take pride in their shortcomings. there is no resolve or even a hint of efficiency in this forsaken place.

no matter what day or time of day. rush hour or early in the morning,.the workers here does not seem to understand that people need to get back to work from their lunch break or need to be on their way at a certain time. They had no care and taking their sweetest time, does not even bother to open another window even though the line is up to the door. And don't get me started with the person in the office named Joan, i believe she's the supervisor, a woman of color and a sailor's mouth,.i spoke with her regarding a problem with my shipment and she does not practice professional demeanor at all as she began cursing (no, she's not angry, we were just having a conversation). Could you imagine if she is. This post office needs new people, people that knows the urgency and not think that we owe it to them.
