Long lines, lost packages, bad customer service, they really don't care about helping their customers. This post office should be shut down for good.

Called ahead, what time do you stop passports. Lady says 4pm, try to get there for 3:45 the latest. I get there 2:30, an entire hour and 15 mins early, sign on the wall "tickets will stop being handed out at 2pm". Why advertise a 4pm closing time if u close essentially at 2pm? What made matters worse, I left work early to be told this AFTER I CALLED. To get a passport here, come at 1:30 for the latest. Definitely not 4pm as is advertised

Worst post office I have ever dealt with. I can never get a package. They don't leave notices. There is no one to complain to. The phone is always busy, and when they do answer the only person you can get any type of normal conversation with is the manager on duty!! I wish there was someone to put in a formal complaint. 4 Years I have been living here and 4 years I have been having problems!!!

Why??
Why is the phone always busy? (Please don't say - We are busy all day.) I have ample information to forward to the Inspector General
I called, an associate called all day long. We work and thought that by calling the post office on the issue of me not receiving my mails would be discussed. I received several telephone calls and emails informing me that my mails were returning. I am living at the same address for the past seven years.
I just called again (5.45 P.M. 1/7/2014) for the umpteenth time. Guess what -Busy Tone AGAIN.
