US Post Office

It's true. People only make reviews when they have something negative to say so here goes. HORRIBLE POST OFFICE. They always leave the little slip saying they tried to deliver the package and it's a damn lie. It had happened on more than one occasion and also, the post office is a government agency. They are supposed to have their sidewalk clear. When there was a big storm a month ago their sidewalk was covered and the surrounding ones were not. They really need to get their act together before they fire everyone and hire new white people.

My carrier is horrible she keeps saying she has delivered my packages before she goes to my mailbox and they end up at the post office... Boxes broken... I don't know if they hired someone new but the service is the worst...

They never deliver the item in the correct place. Not even answer the phone.

You Never get your packages when you're suppose to. They never leave a note showing they.. came cause they know good damn well they never showed!! Absolutely the WORST service hands down!!

I ordered a package that fed ex dropped at this post office in September to date i still have not received the package. When I had the clerk track it she told me she would need to get in touch with the carrier due to him forgetting to leave a key for me to obtain the package.
The phone is constantly busy.
I've had multiple experiences having to stop checks send by certified mail that I was told could not be tracked (which is the purpose of mailing certified) and even told I could not be reimbursed. Pick any day or any time I guarneee you the line is out the door with one clerk.
