US Post Office

USPS here doesn't answer the phone. They lost a package and now I have to go to wait in line to talk to someone. So frustrating.

The teller was rude an had me go off the line an track my own package with there computer. Apparently this lady had no interest of doing her job. Incredibly slow service. There was an Asian lady who helped me first. Poor service. Then I went back online an saw a gentleman who went back an checked an found it.

I called this post office to inquire about their passport application procedure.

They told me M-F, 9-2 p.m., first come first serve. I arrived today at 12:30 p.m., and they told me they couldn't handle my application, because you need a number and they only give out 25 per day.

Needless to say, I was never given this info when I initially called. I chewed out the manager but good. I'll arrive next time at the crack of dawn. After I got done with them today, they'll be happy to give me a number. :)

Never pick up the phone. Long Lines. Terrible service after waiting over an hour. USPS needs to dissapear. Feels like going to a DMV office. bad attitudes and people who are miserable with their jobs. QUIT!!!

I wish I could give negative stars. Like many, I have to leave work early to wait in line with others who are rushing to get to the post office before it closes. True the post office employees are sometimes short and rude, but so are many of the people on line shouting and trying to skip the lines. Like some of the reviews have mentioned, the BIG problem with this post office and it's route in particular is that sometimes the mail carrier decides that there is something wrong with an address and it ends up undelivered and back here... Where I have little choice but to endure long lines of frustration and torment. Avoid this place at all costs.
