Package was stolen and the Post Office refuses to even call me back. I've called them over 20 times and they've only picked up twice. Claim now denied. This is absurd.

the tellers are alright but the station manager or whoever it is that answers the phone is a total moron. frkn the worst dumass ever. jesus...

they offer the worst service to the community in College Point, the Manager of the station is an uneducated person does not respect customers speaking in a way that is not appropriate

The USPS in College Point is THE WORST, and the manager there is a JOKE! The delivery men they have don’t even ring the bell, so you always end up picking up the packages yourself. I have filed a complaint, but I doubt they do anything against the ignorant and lazy people who work there.
