US Post Office

My regular carrier is wonderful, no complaints whatsoever. Every time there is a problem it is because he was off that day and someone else took his route. I have been home all day with the flu. Regular mail was delivered at 7:30 pm. I was expecting a package today. When I checked the tracking number, the information I got was that a notice was left and there was no secure location. I have seen them throw packages on the porch from the truck recently. I called to ask that they at least ring the bell if they are leaving packages. Today, I have no package, nobody rang my bell, and I also have no notice that they say was left. Maybe they were upset when I asked them to ring the bell. Delivering mail or attempting to deliver mail is their job, especially if I am home. Not the first time this has happened. Disappointed. Notice Left (No Secure Location Available)

Can not stand how rude these people are. They are constantly rude, and often hang up on me when they get frustrated because THEY made a mistake. I have been kind/friendly/understanding each time BUT I'm truly tired of them. That place needs a big change.

This place has some of the worst, most rude customer service that I've ever encountered. Every time I call up, I'm kind/friendly/respectful and they ALWAYS give sarcastic remarks and/or hang up on me mid sentence. It never fails. This happens all the time with my family as well. If I could give them a 0 Star rating or less, I would. They need to find new jobs.

There is one outstanding postal clerk: Rod. A kindly older man who offers patience and cheer. Bravo Rod !

Worst customer service ever!!! Why do you hire incompetent people that are incapable of delivering packages when THAT IS THEIR JOB!!! saying they left a notice meanwhile there was no notice at my building, oh yes must be invisible. Why do I have to pay extra fee to get 2 day delivery but my package doesn't get to me until a week later due to this dumb post office..I really wish I could not be zoned to this zip code! Terrible customer service, second time my package is no where to be found. Seriously how hard is it to deliver a package!!!! I try to avoid this post office as much as I can and try to change delivery location but sometimes it won't allow me and unfortunately I have to come here and hear same stupid manager give me oh i don't what happened?!? I'm sure this review won't do anything but maybe warn someone of how you would be treated. Just an FYI.
