US Post Office

Package was a week late, never experienced such rude customer service. Absolutely the worst experience. Will never use this mail office again.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the second time my package was stolen from this post office. They said they delivered my package, but they never do, on top of that they never ring the bell during the day. Then to make matters worst, the packages I do receive, they deliver them at 10:00pm-12:00am aggressively ringing the bell. When I tried to report this issue, I was told that several time that they don't deliver at these hours but on the tracking it states the time. This is unacceptable and disgusting. I truly wish that something is done about this ridiculous matter. My advice, pay the extra money it cost for ups or fed ex. At least you know that way you will receive your items in a proper manner.

UNACCEPTABLE. I frequently dont get my mail or packages, including bills and time sensitive documents. I have never had a negative experience with the post office until i moved here foir years ago and we all need to write Hakeem Jeffries to let him know. Maybe he can do something

If you've ever wanted to experience Soviet breadlines, Venezuelan diaper shortages, or TimeWarner-style customer service with an extra dose of incompetence and menace, try the Clinton Hill post office. Packages get returned to sender with no notes or slips left (online tracking helps), the lines go out the door with lots of cutting and finagling, the phone rings unanswered for hours, and sometimes packages get marked delivered at 1:00 a.m. and some USPS guy is walking around in my Banana Republic order.

Every time I go here, there is always a long line. I been to a lot of usps locations in new york and this one is the worst locations ever. There is one line for everything. All the others usps locations have a line for each thing
