US Post Office

Agree with all the negative comments. They lost my package twice. Says they delivered in my mailbox but I never for it. The workers on top of that have horrible attitudes. The supervisor last name Riveria needs to go.

I like NOTHING about this place. I avoid it at all costs. They REFUSE to answer their phone so they may as well save USPS some money and get rid of their landline. The only phones they answer are their personal cell phones WHILE there's a line out the door and they have a customer. They are constantly "losing" our packages and mail...especially at Christmas time. A friend sent us a Thanksgiving card, which we nevee received. She awnt again and didnt receive that one either. They deliver to the wrong address and then refuse to pick it up and take to the right address. I drove around for 2 hours last month trying to find the rightful owner of a package left at our mailbox that the mailman refused to pick up. That package sat at our mail box for a week!!! I've lived here for just over 10 years and NEVER ONCE HAVE I HAD ANY KIND OF PLEASANT EXPERIENCE with the employees at the p.o. or the mail carrier. I've gone to having to ship and receive things via FedEx or DHL.
I could go on and on about the damaged packages and contents, mail and packages they lost, but it would take me all day just to explain 1/4 of the problems I've had. Avoid this place like the plague.

The staff is extremely hostile. It is the second time that a letter I sent from this office did not arrive to the addressee. It is absolutely unacceptable to be treated like this and that post is lost or stolen here. Already in 2009 the NYT wrote in a feature: "But it’s the Kensington Post Office in Brooklyn, which has been reviled by many as the worst in New York City" Apparently the USPS does not care and continues to pay those rude, disrespectful employees that are not doing their job.

have been using this post office since I was a teen (27 now) and the service has always been atrocious. today waited on line which is nothing unusual but noticed a clerk talking on her phone as she was helping customers. When it was my turn, she told me that the return packing slip that came with the package I received, did not match the same box that was used to send it my way. After asking a few questions politely, she turned and made some comments about how this job is gonna be the end of her, to which all of her employees chuckled like a high school locker room. So after I stated the extra commentary isn't necessary, I am just trying to figure out how to send the package, she gets all up in arms that I accused her of insulting when it was clearly heard by everyone in line. Maybe if they were a little helpful with answering customers questions, since were not all mail/shipping experts like they are, and there is no customer service that I can go to ask for help, I would sympathize. Even another customer asked me what her name tag read because she frequently ran into problems with the clerk as well. MRS. PHILLIPS. avoid her like the plague.

Worst post office ever!!!
They never answer the phone I been trying to call all day and they pick up the phone and hang up on me. They are really rude and not professional at all management needs to talk to their employees because their actions are really rude. I would not be going to this post office ever again
