Terrible customer service!! Couldn't manage to deliver my packages to a store that regularly accepts deliveries without any issues. Paid $25 including insurance and when I called to ask to try to re-deliver was lied to. They never attempted to re-deliver, just mailed my boxes back. I'm out $25 and have to spend more money to re-send UPS, which is what I'll be using from now on.
The postal workers there are also very ignorant and have no interest whatsoever in providing good customer service.
