Dr. Kim is very knowledgable and professional. I felt very comfortable and in good hands.

They were prompt and didn't jerk me around. Dr. Kim casted my poor wrist and then set me up with an orthopedic specialist. Couldn't have gone better in my estimation. Don't get hurt, but if you do, go here.

Everything was great and smooth. I walked in filled out paper work and waited about 25 minutes until I saw the nurse who was very nice and waited another 15 minutes for the PA to come in. Not being busy and going in when they open the waiting time seemed a little long which is why I gave 4 stars. When the PA came in he shook my hand and introduced himself, which a lot of places don't so I appreciated how nice the staff was. Unfortunately I had something where I had to be referred to an ENT doctor and they were able to provide me a list and a personal recommendation of a close ENT office. I called and they took my insurance and fit me in a few hours later. The PA also showed me an app called ZocDoc where you can find specialists and any type of doctor that takes whatever insurance you have and can schedule an appt right in the moment. I didn't use that to get my appt but I am glad I know of it. Overall, they were nice, helped as much as they could and was a pretty clean environment.

No frills but decent attention. Can't beat the price for non insured, I think I overheard like $140. For insured you only pay copay ($10-20), this isn't an emergency room clinic per say but I think they can handle most emergencies.

If I can give no stars I would have. I went there because I couldn't see another DR ASAP.
Instead of my history, I was asked if I have insurance every minute. Whenever I tell this Asian lady that attended to me my medical history, she had that blank stare. The I don't care look. But when she remember she'd ask me again "you have health insurance right?"
She also did not care if my business is out in the open as she left the door open while discussing my medical issues. Lastly, she did not even do a proper closure of the visit. This lady just left saying I'll give you recommendations. She handed it to the MA to give it to me so she can tell me I can leave. Maybe she avoiding my questions because she can't answer?
I don't know if this lady disrespected me because of my race but I really do not know what I did to receive that kind of treatment. If you cannot show compassion to your patients then maybe you should start doing something else. It doesn't matter how big or small they are coming in for or what race they are. Show a little bit of respect.
So give yourselves a favor and go to a real ER or just wait to see another DR away from this facility. Not unless you have $50 to spare!
