Urgent Care Center at Summit Medical Group

The PA told me "You have strep throat I called just take your meds bye!" Very happy but did not even tell me what antibiotic she was giving me nor did she give me any home care instructions. It was very vague and unfortunately it did not stop there. I paid the co-pay of $40 and then received a bill of $147. I had to go out of my way to call my insurance company for them to tell me it was incorrect and the woman chose the incorrect billing package hence me getting a bill of $147. The helpful representative from bcbs did the favor of calling summit medical group and disputing the charge.

Not happy with my experience. I fell on my hand and had an x-ray there. They said it was a sprain. They waited 3 days to notify me that it was broken. Now I need surgery.
