Bad company , I been waiting for for my money for year , the my master dealer dont go with them they will robe you blind ,the change my representative every six month , I have phone that never work and when I try to send it back the y said it was to late , I don't recommend to do any business with them, I now them for 4 years and every time the have a new salesperson the call me promising everything ,but they do the samething , I have get my commission for year , I won 1000$ from h2o and they never give me my money the lady call Friday to tell me and I send it Monday she said it was to late , find do business with urge mobile , no agan negocios con urge mobile , sin unos rateror mentirosos

They called me and asked for my boss, he wasn't available at the moment. Before I could even tell him anything else he hung up in my face. So RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have been in this industry for years and by far Urge Mobile is one of the best companies that I have worked with. Urge Mobile treats their employees like Gold and their Customers even better. Thank you for being our go-to Master Agent!!!!

Worst Company Ever.They don't back up there products..... I have about 400+ Red Pocket prefunded sim cards that i bought from them that are now useless! When i asked what i can do, they told me to kick rocks. a1wireless and prefundedprepaid is much better!
If you have a problem with there product, don't even bother calling them! The dumb bird receptionist will just say someone will call you back in 10 mins Which is BS!
