This is the best yoga studio in the area.

My husband Michael and I had a couples Tai Yoga massage for our 18th Wedding Anniversary! It was fantabulous! Better than going to a huge spa complex as I have with Exhale. The location is wonderful - not too far from home. How can you get a message and then be jostled on the subway or bus? The surroundings were exquisite and peaceful. The experience was a personalized with a neighborhood, homey feel. The services providers were above accommodating - there was nothing we needed to ask for and service with a smile. I highly recommend you visit soon!

From the moment I entered the studio I felt a sense of calm and relaxation. A connection with the beauty of life. Ghylian and her gifted staff of teachers know how to get even the most reluctant student (me) to feel comfortable enough to stretch my body and quiet my mind. It was like a mini vacation after which I felt peaceful and powerful. Thank you!

The Urban Yoga Foundation is a beautiful center with wonderful uplifting energies and creative artworks. I participated in a couple of yoga classes here and it was really great!
