One of the best cilent in the bronx. They have excellent staff and they have one of the best doctors there. I went there when i was 10 year old. They took care of me.

Not the greatest clinic ever. It can take overwhelmingly long to be seen by a doctor. Besides that, the actual doctors and treatments are top notch.

Where do I begin....? Oh yeah......TERRIBLE!! When I first began attending this place everyone was cheerful, guiding you where you needed to go but in a very short period of time that all went OUT THE WINDOW! My first doctor’s appointment went like this...I was called into triage to get my vitals taken and blood drawn...then sent back out to the waiting area...then I was called in to the doctors’ office..... “Hello, my Name is doctor so and so please have a seat”. He got on his computer and from the time I walked in to the time I left, he was typing and typing and typing. He typed all of the data pertaining to the questions he had asked regarding my medical history. The doctor then went on to refer me to other doctors and specialists. Not once did he pick up as much as a stethoscope. OK, so I get called back in to the clinic after receiving a letter regarding my test results. I walked into the Adult Clinic with the letter I received. There I waited about 45 minutes. I was called in and asked to check my vitals. I explained that all I was there for was for my test results. I asked if it was absolutely necessary to have my vitals taken. They explained that it was routine. I asked to decline and was advised that if I did so I would not be given my test results. I complied and after waiting another 30 minutes was called in only to be told my results were negative. (is this about milking Medicaid). I am currently seeking another medical office where my limited insurance plan will be accepted and the care provided acceptable. NOT to be continued......
