So I had an order which had to be delivered and installed by folks contracted by IKEA(Urban Express). My ipad which I never take outside the house mysteriously disappeared after the delivery/installation guys contracted by visited my house. It was in the same room where they spent an hour or so installing and google tells me that the last time my device synced with them was at the exact same time when they were delivering/installing. I went out of my way to make sure they felt good in my house when they were there, and they ended up stealing my ipad. I have a formal police complaint registered, and when I contacted both IKEA and UX, they never seem to care. Promises of follow up calls/emails never happened. Dont buy stuff that will be delivered/installed by them, because if anything does go wrong, they wouldn't give a crap about it and you would be the loser in the end.
Customer service is non-existent, they indicate they care and that they will do everything, but after waiting for more than a month, its all eye-wash. Don't waste your time.
Horrible customer service/experience
You might lose your items during delivery/installation and there will be no way to get them back.
