I called UPS to set up an appointment for delivery and the woman told me I was not aloud to after I was directed to do so with my order. My freight delivery was late after I paid for rush order/ delivery. Now I lost two days of work because they give you the general time
when the truck is out between 10-5 so I have to sit around and wait another day for my frieght to be delivered.

1st time picking up a load here. They are very nice. Load was ready 1 1/2hrs early we had a flat on our trl (we are a outside carrier) they fixed it in 15minutes and we were on our way thanks UPS for being early and helping us.

I have had a few deliveries from the Carteret Terminal. The manager and workers are Rude and inconsiderate, the freight has never arrived on time even with an appointment. I just wasted 2 hours on the phone this morning trying to find 3 pallets that were suppose to be delivered 2 days ago. This is the WORST Terminal I have ever dealt with.
I would Definitely NOT recommend using UPS Freight CARTERET TERMINAL

Worst place to do business with.
I receive pallets every week and they are shipped by UPS.
However UPS in Carteret NJ keeps the pallets for 3-4 business days without scheduling an appointment.
Even if you schedule an appointment there is a great chance of not receiving your order on the scheduled day.
Very disappointed.
