UPS Customer Center

UPS SUCKS!! FedEx is way better, they arrive ON TIME. Had a shipment scheduled for delivery friday by 3pm, driver arrived 9:46pm to be exact and left a note on door WHILE I WAS HOME! No knock or nothing, and I needed this package for sunday. How dissappointing.

Overnight delivery from Manhattan shipped friday. UPS left a note on my door on saturday while I was home - no knock and no door bell ring. They did the same thing on Monday - I took a photo of the note on the door as I was leaving my house to go to work. They supposedly shipped it to a pickup location 20 minutes from my house even though there is a UPS store 200 feet away from where I live. UPS customer service says they will call you 1 hr with an update - 4hrs and 2 calls later still no phone call and still no package. Worst service I've ever encountered.

Usually OK, except when you really need it!. I was told that the package will arrive on Wednesday. I stayed home all day because the package, a computer, had to be signed for. I don't live in a huge house, just an apartment. I left the house at 5:30 p.m. with a note to deliver to my neighbor. No delivery. I finally find a note, stuck behind a column and hardly visible. They stated they were there at 3:28. Never heard a knock or bell. Called the next morning at 7:30 and they tell me it can be taken off the truck and I can go pick it up so I don't have to wait around all day. They will call in an hour. It is now 10 o'clock so I called them. She said the package is off the truck and ready for pickup. I drive to the UPS customer service center, 13 miles away, and arrive around 12:30. The package is on the truck, maybe I can make it home before they deliver it, otherwise I have to come back at 8:30 at night to pick it up. I am now sitting in my car in front of the complex waiting for the UPS truck. I was assured that since it is on the truck he will attempt delivery.

I had also arranged for UPS pickup, it was right outside my door with a note on it, and 3 days in a row they did not pick it up. Never left a note except for on the third day which said that it could not be picked up anymore. It may be too late to return the product and now I will be stuck with a broken item.

Many times delivery is made to the other complex next to us. I probably get a delivery 2 or 3 times a week as I ordered most of my stuff from Amazon. No wonder Amazon is starting to use the US Postal Service more and more!

Still here waiting 2 hours later.

I DIAL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO TRY TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN SECAUCUS AND ENDED UP SPEAKING TO SOMEONE IN THE PHILLIPINES. I EXPLAIN TO HER THAT I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT I MY DELIVERY WAS RESHEDULED FOR THE NEXT DAY, SO I ASK TO PICKUP AT DISTRIBUTION CENTER. SHE GAURANTEES ME THAT I'LL RECEIVE MY PACKAGE TONIGHT BY 9PM. IT'S 7:40PM. SHE PREVIOUSLY TOLD ME THEY DELIVER FROM 9AM TO 7PM......SMH......

Terrible service. 4 of my packages get shipped all together and arrive at this location. Then they get separated. I received two together, one at a later date, and now my last package is "lost"?? It's a 52lb package the size of a large tire. How incompetent can you be to lose a package of this size? Just shut this location down. Never using UPS again.
