UPS Customer Center - NEWARK

Terrible experience! I have been finishing final touches and adding some embellishments to a wedding dress for a wedding TOMORROW (Sunday)!!! They tried to deliver on Friday, while I was at work, and left the sticker saying I won't get it till Monday, a day AFTER the wedding. My rating is because the delivery driver obviously didn't do his job because I taped a large note next to the buzzer saying for them to knock on the apt door, if no one answers, PLEASE leave with the dentists office. He obviously doesn't know how to follow directions. When I called they said they cant do anything, and my package was at the main location, but they were closed. Because of this, I am now out almost $1000 for incomplete work, items paid for, AND a bad reference. This is a major hurt to my business. And all UPS can tell me is "We're sorry for the inconvenience." Bullshit!! If $1000 was coming out of one of their pay checks, I guarantee they wouldn't be so apologetic. DO NOT use UPS if you can help it. This is terrible service, and also not the first time UPS has screwed me over. A formal complaint will be made through a friend at the BBB.

Driver did not deliver my package two days..... and nothing can be done about it I'm highly pissed off. Ppl want work but don't wanna do the work. One job and he couldn't do just that... like come on

Absolutely the worst delivery service. They are a logistics company and cannot deliver anything on time. When I call customer service I am directed to a call center in the Philippines. How could they possibly understand the importance of getting a package delivered in the New York Metro Market. I cant stand getting anything sent to me thru UPS its a waste of time. They (UPS) Promise between Business hours and it has never happened for me. Its 5:49 and the package is still not here. I wish Diarrhea upon them!!!!!!

HORRIBLE!!! I don't have a car, I paid $60 to rent a Uhaul truck so I could pick up some mattresses I had sent here just to get here and be told "THEY CANT FIND MY MATTRESSES" how the f*ck do you lose something like that?! I wasn't even helped at the location, I was told to go home and wait for the guy to deliver them cause it was possibly still on the truck yet they have it thier system that my packages are with them ......go home and still nothing, the young lady on the phone did try and help me as much as possible tho, but she didn't even know what was going on smfh but I guess cause it's Newark, thanks guys for keeping up this City's bad rep

The wont accommodate my work hours after i insisted i wont be home before 3pm. The one day someone was home they didnt even ring the bell after "attemping to deliver twice. I have one mote shipment coming and since the first two times wete unsuccessful ima have them just noy deliver. I'll go stand in that long line. Drivers are lazy
