This is my first review I write because picking up my package there was just the worst experience. Arrived at that "hole" at 7 PM. After giving my tracking number to the rude employee I myself had to call someone else and repeat my tracking number. Then I waited 35 minutes while other frustrated customers were lining up until I could finally leave. Next time, I'd rather wait longer for my package and have them re-send it to my address than having to go back there!

EVERY time I set this location as a pick-up location for my package, I end up having to make several trips before my package is ready for pickup. It is really stressful when I'm waiting for an expensive delivery.
Even if I set a package for pick-up early in the day, the next day they still end it out on the truck, which means my package spends an entire day traveling around and I have to wait for the truck to return late in the evening (if it makes it back before they close). They don't have a system in place to make sure packages stay in the building before trucks go out every morning.
Yesterday I requested a package to be held and chose the option for same-day pickup. It told me they would call within an hour and I never got a call the rest of the day or the following morning. So I went to the office anyways and they still had not processed my request and were unable to hand to package to me. They told me the clerks don't come in until 3pm. If they work so late, why weren't they able to handle my request the previous day?!

You better bring a book and a sense of humor as you'll run into irate customers looking for missing packages.

When I think about coming to UPS to pick up my package I imagine a hot sweaty room full of unhappy people waiting for packages who are pissed because the UPS guy can't ring the correct buzzer 3 days in a row. Luckily my experience at this customer center wasn't anywhere near as bad. There was no line and the guy behind the counter was willing to help me when he finished having a private conversation with another employee. It took a little longer than necessary because he was pretty chatty but I got my package in a reasonable time frame and didn't pull any hair out so I consider it a win.
