Their business hours is supposed to be 1pm-9pm.
At 1pm, I got to the store, and waited for the store to open. After 40 minutes of freezing in the cold, the store is still not open. I couldn't wait longer and had to turn back. I called the customer service and apparently the manager said the person who was supposed to open the store went on a vacation... Couldn't you at least put the sign up that they wasn't going to open on time? There were several other people waiting outside in the cold. You would think big companies like UPS will follow their own business hours... I guess not.
