Worst center, How come you always have a wrong address to the same address fedex delivers to? They update delivery by 4am and say they are returning to sender, worst ever

Chasing my package since 12:30 p.m. 11/27/15 delivery drivers try to deliver packages when people are at work. trying to get customer service to locate my package to see when is the best to pick up at one of the locations after they confirm that my package was ready to go pick up i went to pick up my package at this location opening hours 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. No one ever opened the door lights were on inside 25 people outside in the cold including myself after an hour and 15 minute wait I never got my package.

review based solely on will call pickup from 8pm-9pm. They are disorganized, slow, and the female with dreads is one evil mean employee. i believe her name is Memoly and one night 9/8/2015 she refused to give me a package because i provided a passport which didn't have my address but my name was on the package. So, if you have a issue with this rude employee who clearly does not follow UPS cooperate guidelines please report her to her direct superior....
the only way to stop this disrespectful employee who makes up rules as she goes... FYI a passport is a valid government issued photo ID per UPS guideline... is to keep reporting this kind of behavior and attitude to management

Horrible service in this location. They disobeyed the package to the wrong address and it was a limited edition item that now I'm forced to have to buy of eBay for triple the retail price I paid.

I don't care for UPS at all. The delivery windows are too open. People work. Also the customer service center staff can be very unpleasant sometimes. They never call you to confirm you can pick your package up even after you requested UPS to hold at the center
