COMPANY DONT HAVE A REALTIME GPS CONTACT WITH THE BUS

BUS DRIVER CANT EVEN CALL THE CUSTOMERS OF THE BELL DONT WORK.

SO I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW THESE COMPANY REALLY WORKS...

TOTALLY TERRIBLE LAZIEST INDUSTRY I KNOW SO FAR

They ring the bell and leave with the packages outside in the rain with packages that clearly state they can be damaged by severe weather conditions. Whoever does the routes in Springfield gardens is TERRIBLE, and has left multiple weather sensitive computer parts outside rather than waiting, just to finish his/her routes quicker.

It just got even better, This guy knows my household a bit apparently. He marked a recent package "delivered: left with woman" on the shipment update because my sister or mother is usually the one home.

I had no problems with this place. I was in and out in under 3 minutes. I called to make sure I could pick it up, they told me the hours, and I went. The two guys in there were very pleasant as well. No complaints.

Hmm.. Got stuck going to this place once and I regret asking to pick up rather then wait for the delivery the following day.

I was given a pick up time only to be told the trucks had not come in yet. OK I can understand a little delay things happen. Trucks come in and I had to wait a second time on the same line. But now there's a bigger wait. My turn again, I wait another 10 for them to find my package. It's a heavy package that I need a cart for, but hay they don't have any around. Spend another 5 looking for one in the lot.

The people don't care here at all, but its hard to tell who's at fault, the people working there? They did not give. The wrong time, the phone service did that... But the workers at the place don't have a system to handle even 5 people waiting effectively.

Overall I will be doing my best to stay away if I can.

Worse store. I mean, who really is home to collect your package and they don't deliver on Saturdays so your always forced to take out of your day to come pick up your package. Then when you get here, they close for two hours and you have to come back at 8 Pm. What a waste of people's time.
