Excellent service! At the end of the service I felt like a family member! They were so helpful and had the best "bedside manner" ever. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. It is rare to find someone good at their job, that shows up when suppose to and who is nice too! Reasonable price too.

Upper West Side Exterminators did everything to get the job done without emptying my wallet in the process. And they were very good at talking me through my panic attacks and giving helpful advice at almost any time of day. Bedbugs are a royal frustration and require a lot of work but they made it a whole lot better for us than it could have been. They entirely deserve all 5 stars! Thanks guys!! :)
