Our appointments are always on time. The staff is lovely. Dr Vaysman is open and honest with my daughter about her treatment and the staff always humor my daughter by answering her mulitude of questions.

Upper eastside orthodontics took me in as a quick last minute appointment within 24 hrs of my retainer breaking. They welcomed me with smiles and even took me in a few minutes before my appointment, worked quickly and had me back to work in no time! Customer service was excellent and my fix was affordable. I will definitely be returning a happy customer!

There have been excellent improvements in orthodonture over the decades! Today it is much easier to begin treatment which itself is more sympathetic to children -- choice of color, water picks, special tooth paste, starter kit with little give-away, and consistently kind bedside manner are just a few examples that we have seen at Upper Eastside Orthodontics. The whole process is more kid friendly -- to the point where our daughter, like many of her friends, wanted braces to improve her teeth, so she was happy to begin treatment early -- not having to wait until high school. Thank you, Dr. Vasyman, for making the process so simple, caring, and effective! Never any waiting time and service is thoroughly professional and quick, from check-in, through the complete visit, We have many good reasons to smile :)
